Always Right on My Problem 

I have had to work with other IT companies and when I had a problem, I would often have to wait days for a solution or a call back.   I have worked with Literati for more than 6 years and when I call with a question or a problem, they are right "on it"!  They will either schedule an appointment to come work with me on an issue or they can "remotely" fix the problem. I can then move on with my day.   

The biggest benefit for me in using Literati is the "Customer Service" they provide.  With Literati, it's an immediate response. One day I had a question and all of the IT gentlemen were busy and the secretary, Christine, walked me through a very simple solution. Hurray!  Even though I consider myself a beginner with computers, they tell me in layman's terms how to achieve the goal I am looking to achieve.

If someone is on the fence about choosing an IT company, I would, without hesitation, recommend they choose Literati.
